This reverts commit e3edb67.
This reverts commit f3191c0. The change in the DISABLE_GPLV3 is only applied in main, the documentation will be published for the next scarthgap based release. As we don't have 2 different branches for the documentation, let's revert it now and revert-revert again in the future when this is really released.
