✅ Ready at 1a2a5c3: limen v0.7.3 → v0.8.0, and the convergence commit writes exactly v0.8.0's canonical files.

- What v0.8.0 changes here: the vulnerability lanes read a database
limen vulndbfetches once, with retries (farcloser/limen#257); the commits lane hands git the signers file and gpg (farcloser/limen#251); on darwin/arm64, ossein joins the base tools and is the hermeticdocker(farcloser/limen#259); the tools module moves godolint to forkcloser/godolint v0.2.0 (buildkit v0.33.1, which clears the buildkit alerts), dot to v1.1.1 and x/tools to v0.51.0; AGENTS.md gains the flake rule (farcloser/limen#262)..github/actions/windows-cache-imageis seeded, but this repository'sci.yamldoes not use it until realigned by hand (farcloser/limen#260). - Nothing in dot calls
