🎯 Why: limen v0.8.0 realignment, section C5 (@apostasie via Manager). limen's base tool set now carries farcloser/ossein@v0.3.0, and curl's own pin above the import would override it.

🛠️ What: the ossein entry leaves .aqua/aqua.yaml. Its comment moves into build-posix.sh's header, corrected: ossein is darwin/arm64 only, so on a linux host docker is the machine's.

🧪 How:

  1. aqua: drop curl's own ossein pin; limen's base set carries it. V: .limen/aqua.yaml (v0.8.0) pins farcloser/ossein@v0.3.0; aqua which docker still resolves to ossein v0.3.0's ossein-docker; just lint green locally. U: just test needs a built leg, and build-posix can't run in the agent's sandbox.

limen v0.8.0 adds farcloser/ossein@v0.3.0 to the shared tool set. curl's
own pin, above the import, named the same version and would override
the base one from here on, so it goes. Its comment moves into
build-posix.sh's header, which said docker came from the hermetic PATH
"on every host": ossein is darwin/arm64 only, so on a linux host,
including CI's linux legs, docker is the machine's own.

✅ Ready at 242fb5a: curl drops its own farcloser/ossein@v0.3.0 pin, now that limen's base set carries the same version (C5 of LIMEN-0.8.0-ADOPTION.md). build-posix.sh's comment now says where docker really comes from on each host.

🔍 Verified last

  • .limen/aqua.yaml still pins farcloser/ossein@v0.3.0, and .aqua/aqua-checksums.json keeps ossein_0.3.0_darwin_arm64.tar.gz, so the darwin docker is unchanged.
  • The old comment claimed docker came from the hermetic PATH "on every host". The new one is accurate: ossein on darwin/arm64, the runner's own docker on CI's linux legs.
  • Nothing else in curl names the dropped pin.
  • 242fb5a signed: true, on main (353f17f, after #47).
