Changes
Developers can retrieve bounded source packets through the repository MCP server and record actual Codex, Claude and Ollama task usage with offline helpers. Packet requests require a current generation and preserve explicit checkout and unsigned-source boundaries.
Adds portable client setup, task handovers, explicit dependency snapshots and an open-source adoption plan. Includes sanitised experiment results without claiming measured savings; machine-specific locked harnesses and raw receipts remain private.

Release boundaries
Release 0.3.0 will provide both package tarballs through GitHub. npm currently serves 0.1.1; registry authentication returned 401, so npm publication is blocked. Real Claude task acceptance and monthly savings remain open. Existing Heartwood sessions and personal client bindings are unchanged.
