A resumed task otherwise has to reconstruct its progress and repeat repository discovery. This adds an offline handover helper that saves a verified source packet with decisions, check outcomes, pending effects and the next action, then returns a compact brief only after rechecking source freshness.
The helper reuses the worker-packet implementation shipped in #12. It refuses stale source/scope, changed repository identity or revision, malformed state, unsafe paths and overwritten outputs. Check results remain unsigned assertions;
ready_for_reviewdoes not mean accepted, and no command or model is invoked from the record.Validation: Node 24.21.0 build and 184 tests; independent packed-package smoke; nine-check navigation smoke; both unchanged token benchmark gates; 22 scale tests and the 10,000-record posting probe. The normal pre-push check also passes. Fixture subprocesses now clear inherited Git environment settings, with a regression proving they cannot commit into another repository when invoked from a Git hook.
This ships the checkout helper and guide. Automatic Oathrun continuation, measured allowance savings and npm publication are separate work. Unrelated experimental changes in the original checkout are excluded.
