feat: the json form wears Payload's own group frame

The field used to be a boxed widget — rounded border, a toolbar strip with its own background — which read as something bolted onto the admin rather than a part of it. It now carries Payload's own group-field classes, so the lines, gutters, the collapsing of a shared border with a neighbouring group and the behaviour inside a block are the admin's to keep, and only what is ours is styled here.

Along with it:

• the status line moved into the row with the add button, on the right, instead of sitting in a footer strip of its own;
• the gear sits after the Fields / JSON switch, and that switch finally has a hover state;
• the field's description renders under the form rather than above it, where it read as a heading;
• the form says fields where it used to say sections — the builder keeps the distinction, since there a section is the root container;
• rows inside the library are badged global too: they are the global sections, not only the ones following them.
