build: test Moonlight PR 1853 audio diagnostics

Purpose

Temporary Flathub test build for Moonlight audio crackling diagnostics. Please do not merge until target-device testing is complete.

Supersedes #85, which could not pass validation because the beta branch uses the EOL KDE 6.8 runtime and the original test manifest included a forbidden git branch field.

Related upstream work:

• audio: make SDL queue threshold configurable moonlight-stream/moonlight-qt#1853
• Persistent audio crackling on CachyOS Handheld with ROG Ally X moonlight-stream/moonlight-qt#1943

Changes

• Keep the current production runtime and dependency stack, including KDE 6.11.
• Point the Moonlight source module to VicenteOlmos/moonlight-qt.
• Pin exact commit 8c0ff0994824e3399660b1f31528cc02273c0fe0 without a git branch field.
• Stop reapplying five compatibility patches already incorporated or superseded by the pinned commit.

Verification

• JSON syntax validation passed.
• Git diff and whitespace checks passed.
• The remote source resolves to the pinned commit.
• All five removed patch origin commits are ancestors of the pinned source.
• Focused source checks confirm each compatibility fix remains present or has been superseded.
• Full x86_64 Flatpak build and target-device runtime validation are pending the Flathub test builder.
