i think i have a corrupt save problem

i think i have a corrupt save, i played for a few hours with a friend of mine, however when i left and came back our house was gone our chests had been broken and the furnaces were levitating, and my friend was not able to log in, he was present in the lobby but he doesn't enter the game and all my items in the main inventory are gone, would that have to do with your mod or something else? this has already happened in two of our worlds so far, however it was not common, our first world had not been corrupted
