Goal

Part of fizzyedit/work#598: follow up PR #914 by using the current standard library formatter.

What changed and why

Replaced std.fmt.bufPrint with std.mem.print for _input_time_{d} in SDLBackend and WebBackend, following docs/ZIG.md rule 8. No other source changes.

How it was verified

Formatting, lint, native build, and diff whitespace checks passed. Unit tests: 888/915 passed, 3 skipped, 24 failed in socket-dependent suites under sandbox restrictions; names are recorded in GATES.md. Confirmed the installed std.mem.print signature. No new regression test for this API-only substitution; no UI behavior changes.

Not done / follow-ups

Harness must rerun the socket-dependent tests outside the sandbox and handle commit, push, and PR creation.
