[BHP1-1521] Fix Repeat Inputs Not Properly Cleared

Purpose

• Repeat Inputs (i.e. Resources) were not being properly cleared when the contain mode is switched.
• Moved logic to look for groups instead of group-variables. This should fix the issue and maintain existing logic for non repeat inputs.
