This PR adds a new template for Remix. It uses create-react-router to scaffold a modern, TypeScript-based Remix project.
The template is self-contained and includes:
A comprehensive ai_rules.md for deep AI integration with Remix's core features (loaders, actions, routing).
Installer scripts to automatically set up the required Node.js environment.
