Overview
This commit introduces a new skill that enables users to create Solid.js applications with Vite.
The create-solid-vite skill provides a convenient way to bootstrap a new Solid.js project. It prompts the user to select their preferred language (TypeScript or JavaScript) and then generates the project structure accordingly. As part of the setup, it also installs custom AI rules, which offer contextual assistance and suggestions tailored for Solid.js and Vite development.
