fix: ignore specified providers - #38

Some providers are known to not serve retrievals. When we test them, the retrieval fails and reports a false alarm to our #alerts channel. This patch adds code to ignore providers by their address, and configures the following SP to be ignored: Address: 0xB709A785c765d7d3F7d94dbA367DA6a611D7972b Calibnet provider ID: 5 Hostname: warp.lotus.dedyn.io Signed-off-by: Miroslav Bajtoš <oss@bajtos.net>
