RainbowKit's default wallet groups omit Phantom, leaving Phantom-first users with only flaky EIP-6963 auto-detection and no mobile deep-link on ripguard.xyz. Append the bundled phantomWallet connector to the default group so Phantom gets an explicit button.

Appends the bundled phantomWallet connector (already shipped in rainbowkit 2.2.10, no new dependency) to the default group so Phantom gets an explicit button.
