…aid at 11 (#141) Merges are squash-only, so the PR title is the commit that lands on main. The local commit-msg hook never sees it, which left Conventional Commits unenforced where it matters. - Add a Commitlint workflow that runs commitlint (commitlint.config.js) on the PR title. The title reaches the shell through an env var, not interpolated into the script. - Skip the check for PRs authored by dependabot[bot] and github-actions[bot]. release-please uses the "main" scope and Dependabot titles can hit the 100-character limit. The commitlint rules are untouched; these PRs are skipped, not relaxed. - Commit the .mnema/ record that was sitting untracked. mnema's own .gitignore already keeps the private key material and the projection db out, so only public keys and tails are added. - Add .mnema/ to .prettierignore. The record is signed bytes: lint-staged and the Format check would otherwise rewrite tailproof.json and invalidate it. - Ignore semver-major mermaid updates in dependabot.yml. vitepress-plugin-mermaid only accepts mermaid 10 or 11 as a peer, so the 12.x PR (#135) can never install. - Note in CONTRIBUTING.md that the PR title is linted and that bot PRs are skipped.

Looks like mermaid is no longer being updated by Dependabot, so this is no longer needed. |

Not applicable: mermaid stays on 11.
