LGTM, I currently can't test it, as I'm on holiday with very limited bandwidth. Is it still work in progress or should I merge it? |

Current rust "install.sh" fails with error
cp: omitting directory ‘/srv/matrix-rocketchat-master/rust-nightly-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/llvm-tools-preview/lib/rustlib/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/bin/llvm-nm’
so altered that file and renamed it to "install" so that it will not be overwritten when rust is installed
