…atch triage after non-task merges; T25 owner note (#75) - claude-implement.yml: new step 'Publish the branch if Claude could not' pushes the local task/TNN-* branch and opens the PR with CLAUDE_GH_PAT (or github.token) when the run outlived the one-hour App token (T15, run 37032539796); the prompt asks for early pushes and no retries on 401/403. - claude-triage.yml: workflow_dispatch; claude-pipeline.yml dispatches it after merging a PR without a task id, since issue closes made with github.token trigger nothing (#66 closed by #72 left T15 unstarted). - TASKS.md: owner note under T25 for #75. Three things, two of them workflow fixes for failures seen today.
1. Implementer token expiry (T15, run 37032539796). The App token
claude-code-actionmints lives one hour; the T15 run took 81 minutes, so Claude could neither push nor open the PR and dumped its commit into the log instead (recovered by hand into #76). New stepPublish the branch if Claude could notinclaude-implement.yml: after the Claude step, if notask/TNN-*PR exists and a local branch has commits, it pushes the branch and opens the PR (labelclaude:pr, milestone,Closes #N). It uses the secretCLAUDE_GH_PATwhen set, otherwisegithub.token. The prompt now also asks Claude to push early and to stop without retries on 401/403.Owner action: create a fine-grained PAT scoped to this repository with Contents, Pull requests and Issues: read and write, and store it as the repository secret
CLAUDE_GH_PAT. With it, the fallback push and PR trigger CI and the reviewer like Claude's own would. Without it the PR is still opened, but withgithub.token, which starts no workflow; the step then comments on the issue telling you to close and reopen the PR.2. Triage after non-task merges.
