Implements items #1 + #2 of the v1.0.8 enrichment hand-off. Open-Meteo's single combined-model fetch was timing out from Fly IAD at 12+ seconds, producing all-NO_DATA snapshots. Splitting into three independent per-model fetches (GFS, ICON, ECMWF) both fixes the timeout AND gives the cross-source disqualifier pool (Aggregator §8.9 step 6) three independent CAPE forecasts to work with. - Open-Meteo provider rewritten to dispatch by source.id → model_for(.): :open_meteo_gfs/icon/ecmwf → models=gfs_global/icon_global/ecmwf_ifs025. Response keys come back suffixed (cape_gfs_global etc.); provider reads via the suffixed key. Expanded hourly field set adds convective_inhibition, lifted_index, plus T/Z/wind at the 925/850/700/500 hPa pressure levels. Nil fields drop from .fields so rule "missing" branches fire cleanly. - config/sites/san_felix.exs — 3× OM sources instead of 1. - config/runtime.exs — 3 :data_sources entries with the same base_url + 12 s timeout (parallel fetches → ~5 s wall-clock). - aggregation_worker.ex — provider dispatch routes the new IDs; @prediction_model_version 1.0 → 1.1 since output is materially different; @per_source_timeout_ms back to 15 s. - field_labels.ex — labels for the 18 new hourly fields. - flyability_live.ex — source_display_name handles new IDs. Tests: open_meteo_test.exs + fixture updated for the multi-model shape; flyability_live_test.exs seeds expect 6 source entries; aggregation_worker_test.exs version assertion bumped. Still queued from the hand-off: item #3 (METAR multi-station SKRG + SKBO), item #5 (Open-Meteo Ensemble), TAF provider. The prediction agent's aggregator.ex @prediction_model_version + their version assertion tests will need a matching 1.0 → 1.1 bump from their side.
