for Ubuntu (7.04 aka feisty), you need the following packets:

g++
pkg-config
libxml2-dev

simply open a terminal and type:

sudo apt-get install pkg-config g++ libxml2-dev libsctp-dev 

then go to the Main folder and type:
./configure
make

to start the program:
cd src
./NatTester
