Addressing the #39 issue
Not too much changes.
potential issue :
There seem to be a new version of snakemake that requires the mem requirements in the configs to be int and not strings. I changed a couple of them in MrBiomics, but we might want to do it as well for all other MrBiomics modules.
The quickstart only works if we load the main branch of Enrichment analysis and not the stable version (if we want the same plot). This will be adressed with the version change of enrichment analysis.
The quickstart has been tested and runs, but it takes some time due to the conda env install (approx 15mn)
