Summary

Adds a bounded research design for comparing recursive MNCS and RAVEL development architectures without changing frozen RAVEL evidence or the RAVEL 0.6 preregistration.

Changes

• documents parameter, structural, policy, and portfolio recursion;
• defines immutable candidate lineage and transactional replacement;
• adds equal-budget architecture comparisons and causal feedback controls;
• adds prediction, transfer, rollback, stagnation, and lineage metrics;
• adds a machine-readable study plan and standard-library validator;
• adds deterministic positive and negative fixtures;
• adds the study check to the root Makefile and documentation navigation.

Validation

The focused validator and mutation fixtures pass locally. The complete repository suite remains for CI because this environment does not contain a local project checkout or its development dependencies.

Formal MNCS and MNCDS status remain UNKNOWN. Promotion is not authorized.
