Docs-only PR adding a new CLAUDE.md (22 lines) migrated from the dobby memory repo. Technical claims verified against current code (net8.0/net10.0 multi-target, inclusive end - 1 Content-Range in CryptifyClient.cs, ZipHelper LastIndexOfAny sanitization, NetworkException hierarchy). PR title is valid conventional-commit and pr-title.yml will pass. One non-blocking style note inline.
Rule check (encryption4all/dobby): conventional-commit-pr-titles ✓, writing-rules — one thematic-break tell noted below. No blocking issues.
