KatKat-UI 🏢📱

KatKat-UI is the official, mobile-first frontend ecosystem for the KatKat SaaS platform. Engineered with a modern responsive workflow, it serves both as an intuitive admin dashboard for property managers and a highly engaging, gamified social hub for residents.

Moving away from the cold, spreadsheet-like interfaces of legacy systems, KatKat-UI delivers a smooth, real-time user experience that fosters neighborhood solidarity.

🤖 AI-Collaborative Engineering

This frontend ecosystem is fully designed and co-architected in close collaboration with Claude AI. By leveraging AI-pair programming, the user interface enforces strict feature-based modularity, atomic component design, and reactive real-time state management.

🌟 Core App Modules (Features)

  • Official Property Dashboard (management): A lightweight, jargon-free control center for property managers to snapshot billing splits, publish mandatory notice boards, and handle digital repair tickets.
  • P2P Solidarity Hub (solidarity): A community-driven assistance board where residents request or offer quick logistical help (e.g., borrowing tools), built with custom, fine-grained notification preferences (Opt-In/Opt-Out).
  • Smart Resource Reservation (reservation): A real-time scheduler handling shared facility allocation, preventing visitor parking disputes through live status rendering.
  • KatKat Score Dynamics (gamification): Interactive widgets visualizing building-wide performance scores and localized multi-building leaderboards.
  • SOS Emergency Grid (emergency): A high-priority reactive layout tracking immediate building safety status, mapping structural health grids during emergency anomalies.

📐 Frontend Architecture & Modularity

The codebase is organized into isolated, feature-driven folders to keep business logic completely decoupled from generic presentational components.
