cosign sign-blob (keyless, verified in-job) writes .sigstore.json
next to each archive and checksums.txt, and the build-provenance bundle
is attached as provenance.intoto.jsonl. A consumer verifies with cosign
alone, and Scorecard's Signed-Releases check, which only looks at asset
names, now finds both a signature and provenance on every release.
