chore: prepare FlowPilot 1.1.0 release

Summary

• bump Android version to 1.1.0 and finalize changelog/status documentation
• align GitHub Pages with current features, privacy claims, and release navigation
• harden release artifact identity, signer, checksum, provenance, and detailed release notes

Verification

• all SDK-free resource, locale, duplication, conflict, quality, and TTS contracts pass
• release workflow YAML parses
• site JavaScript syntax passes
• git diff check passes
• physical-device checks passed for safe duplication, conflict warnings, background NFC confirmation, and language switching

Android Gradle verification runs in GitHub CI per repository resource policy.
