In step with embabel-agent-rag-graph 0.6.0 and embabel-chat-store 0.7.0. Drivine is not binary-compatible across minor versions, so a host that uses them together needs dice-storage built on the same Drivine.

Problem: embabel-agent-rag-graph and embabel-chat-store moved to Drivine 0.2.0; dice-storage is still built on 0.1.9, and Drivine is not binary-compatible across minor versions.
drivine.version0.1.9, so a host using DICE with rag-graph 0.6.0 / chat-store 0.7.0 resolves two Drivines.mvn verifyis green.Key change
