The six bumps merged today were titled like 'Bump ex_doc from ...' with no conventional-commit type, so release-please skipped them when building the 0.1.9 release PR.

The five Dependabot bumps merged today were titled
Bump ex_doc from 0.30.6 to 0.40.4and so on, with no conventional-commit type, so release-please ignored them and left the 0.1.9 release PR unchanged. Setcommit-message.prefixtochore(deps)for both ecosystems, same as the other repos, so future bumps show up in the changelog.
