The warm Slack session ran ~/.local/bin/claude directly, which skips cmux's per-surface claude shim, so cmux's wrapper never registered it; only cmux-auto-resume did. The pane command is now command claude: a PATH lookup that bypasses the shell alias. With mukul-memory#12's ~/.zlogin fix, the login shell resolves it to cmux's shim. CLAUDE_BIN still overrides it.

This is a step toward retiring cmux-auto-resume.py and the registry fallback once every launch is wrapped.

Tests: 2 new in tests/test_comms_session.py (63 pass), each mutation-probed and caught. Verified in a real login shell: the PATH lookup reaches cmux's shim, and command skips aliases.

The warm Slack session was launched as ~/.local/bin/claude, which skips
cmux's per-surface claude shim, so cmux's wrapper never registered the
session and only the cmux-auto-resume hook knew about it. The pane command
is now `command claude` (PATH lookup, alias bypassed); with mukul-memory's
~/.zlogin shim fix the login shell resolves that to cmux's shim. CLAUDE_BIN
still overrides it.
