Add Device Default, Flat, Custom, Reset and five fixed-profile gain sliders to Output settings. Controls write preferences to the companion audio service and display its read-only status. Off remains usable after a failed control audit; status refresh preserves an in-progress GTK toggle.

Requires the companion settings-daemon EQ change and a vendor/distribution root-installed speaker profile and physical graph/route provider. Outputs without that support remain unavailable; this draft includes no hardware profiles.

Depends on #310 (this draft includes its base commit). Companion daemon draft: elementary/settings-daemon#249. EQ-only changes start after 08b0dd6.

Test: real GTK toggles/all five sliders/Flat/Reset with native parameter readback while owned AEC is active; deterministic refresh-during-toggle regression; pure-Pulse AEC controls. The combined suite also covers foreign edits, idle/reconnect, Off recovery and unchanged physical volume/mute. No hardware acoustic claim.

Bind the switch to the session daemon preference and live status. Keep
physical device and volume controls mapped to the owned filter masters.

Test=Native GTK InputPanel/PulseAudioManager toggles on isolated PulseAudio
17 and PipeWire 1.6.2, plus delayed D-Bus owner replacement and missing
backend/schema controls. Synthetic devices; no real card/port testing.
Add Device Default, Flat, Custom, Reset and five profile-defined gain
controls. Requires the companion audio service and a root-installed speaker
profile and graph provider. Keep Off usable after an audit failure.

Test: real GTK toggles, sliders and reset with native parameter readback and
AEC active; refresh-during-toggle regression; pure-Pulse AEC controls.
