Bumps GH_AW_VERSION from v0.75.0 to v0.79.3 and recompiles all 10 agentic workflow lock files. Also reverts injected content in gh-aw-docs-issue-scope.md (stray Session View paragraph and accidental exclamation mark). Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
