This PR introduces a mechanism for attributing runtime violations to specific stack frames, primarily enabling Call Site Reporting for parameter checks. This allows the framework to report errors where the invalid method call occurred (the Caller) rather than inside the framework's generated checks (the Callee), providing clearer and more traceable messaging.
