For website issue #75, this documents the comparison of both implemented storefronts and proposes the website as the V1 public application/build owner.
Preserves this repository's commerce code, mock setup, research, issues, history and MIT notice for selective adaptation. ADR-005 conditionally supersedes independent V1 deployment on acceptance; ADR-003/004 remain historical evidence. Updates agent, current-state, architecture/routing and roadmap pointers, and adds a dated source/decision receipt. No code is copied, removed, archived or deployed.
Validation: both-repository documentation check covers 174 relative links, 8 draft cross-repository links, 10 available anchors and 14 website manifest paths; independent source/consistency review completed. This repository's focused pass also checked 41 relative links and 8 available anchors. No application/browser/provider tests rerun. Existing Quality gates pass; E2E's ambiguous Black / Small locator and missing hosted-handoff qualification remain store #32.
Planning store #33 and website #74 are merged. This new checkpoint stays draft for the next sync. Broader milestone creation and any provider/deployment action remain separate.

3c2a46ad74057b4ed4c7e9298bfc08193eff804fread back as open/draft/unmerged and mergeable; remote comparison contains exactly the intended 9 documentation/context files. Current new-head CI is not yet green: website dependency-review has failed again while other checks were still running at this checkpoint. Use the live checks tab for completion. No fresh runtime/provider success is claimed.
