Why
Long worker sessions combine implementation, tests, documentation, CI, and cleanup before leaving a usable checkpoint. This draft captures the requested strategy for small, resumable jobs with explicit completion work and a live roadmap report at startup.
What changed
worker-strategyv0.1.0 under canonical methodology specs: one primary role per job, a 5–10-minute scope target, issue mini sprints, bounded discovery, and finite loop-back batches.docs/worker-strategy-guide.md.The spec remains draft and opt-in. No consumer repository, live Flow roadmap, workflow settings, release behavior, or organization policy was changed.

The broader
./aether testsuite and full CI reproduction are deferred for this spec-only checkpoint, consistent with the requested workflow. No behavioral evaluation of the worker strategy or credit savings is claimed. No remote workflow was manually dispatched or rerun; the repository's existing pull-request trigger may run automatically.Decisions and next checkpoint
