Adds
protect-mcpunder Gateways and Proxies. It is a fail-closed Cedar policy gate for Claude Code hooks and MCP: it denies on any policy evaluation error (it does not fail open), signs an Ed25519 receipt of every decision that verifies offline with no vendor trust, and refuses to arm enforcement unless a boot self-test proves a known-forbidden action is denied. MIT, local-first, no telemetry. npm: protect-mcp.
