Summary
This trims the README into a shorter project overview and moves the detailed per-applet user reference into a dedicated docs page.
The README now keeps installation, configuration, applets, translations, and developer workflow concise, while docs/APPLETS.md preserves the old applet-level details such as primary actions, menu options, tooltips, and refresh cadence without the storage/implementation notes.
