🎯 What: Extracted tmp_path_for function into a new src/utils.rs module. Refactored src/catalog.rs, src/pipeline.rs, and src/quality.rs to use the shared function. 💡 Why: Removes duplicate code across three different modules. Centralizes logic for generating temporary file paths. Makes the code more maintainable and cleaner. ✅ Verification: All 55 test cases passed successfully. Code compiles correctly (cargo check).
