This PR appropriately refreshes the hosted-state reconciliation receipt timestamps following track archival operations. The updated generated_at and verified_at fields reflect the current reconciliation state, with all 153 mapped nodes verified and no detected drift. The JSON structure is valid and consistent with the documented evidence.
