Summary

• The docs chrome and install fences advertise 0.1.0, the last tag on Central. A bare ship line (0.1.1), -ci, +, and SNAPSHOT are unpublished.
• The docs workflow sets SPECULAR_STRIP_CI. sbt-specular then ignores specularDisplayVersion and strips 0.1.1-ci to 0.1.1. The forked site builder now receives -Dspecular.meta.displayVersion=0.1.0 instead.
