feat(marketplace): first-class Grok Build + Grok Bot support and logos - #87

Ship first-class Grok Build and Grok Bot support next to Claude Code and Codex: per-plugin .grok-plugin/ and .grok-build-plugin/ manifests, a .grok-plugin/marketplace.json index, and local assets/logo.svg wired through Claude, Codex, Grok, Grok Build, and Antigravity listings. Validator and CI now cover Grok manifests, marketplace parity, and repo-local logo paths. Also registers command-code in the Codex marketplace so every plugin directory is listed. The verification lever still reported an expected skip. Doctor, info, list, and check-install now cover .grok-plugin/marketplace.json, Grok Bot and Grok Build manifests, source paths, and assets/logo.svg. prove --feature grok-build-and-bot fails if that surface skips.
