Align apps/site Node engines with the monorepo so Dependabot can resolve Electron security bumps that require Node 24. Bump electron to ^43.5.0 and add pnpm overrides for brace-expansion v1 and http-cache-semantics. Ignore transitive packages with no upstream patch in dependabot.yml.
