Closes #261

Summary

• preserve the existing 1–11 / 12–20 mixed-source partition for the retained White Guard candidate;
• capture/replay source-free page and revision identities only;
• keep replay identity-only (page ID, revision ID, UTC timestamp, MediaWiki SHA-1);
• reject boolean IDs, provider inventory drift, open provider identity schemas, open persisted row schemas, open manifest envelopes, and provenance drift;
• keep literary-body extraction, composite identity, single-edition equivalence, FantLab analyzer-input identity and M2/parity gates closed.

Review boundary

This PR intentionally does not include a live 20-row provider manifest or any literary prose. Authoritative provider capture/replay is a later bounded production unit after exact-head checks.
