Closes #257.

This draft starts the bounded SCRIP-CORPUS-084 identity unit from exact base e7bf53b7ae2485b106158d09b728c72b86f9e5f6.

First commit adds a source-free GitHub Actions capture for exactly the six canonical SCRIP-CORPUS-083 revision IDs using the existing fail-closed single_page_revision.fetch_pinned_revision primitive. The capture is intentionally metadata-only and uploads provider-returned MediaWiki SHA-1 identities without source prose.

After the exact provider identities are captured, this same bounded unit will bind them into the deterministic closure contract/tests/public companion and update durable state. Full {{ВАР}} replay, historical transclusion, offline/version-pinned Scribunto runtime, promotion/backlog change, FantLab-input identity, and M2 parity remain out of scope.

Gates remain explicit: mediawiki_sha1_complete=true, but replay_ready=false; no full {{ВАР}} replay, historical-transclusion/runtime proof, renderer/backlog promotion, literary-body admission, FantLab-input match, or M2 movement is claimed. ВАР remains unresolved at 388 invocations; effective unresolved surface remains 4 tag shapes / 130 tag tokens and 37 template shapes / 2,356 template invocations.

PR stays Draft / REVIEW_PENDING for a later independent read of all 8 changed files and exact-head evidence. This authoring run does not self-approve or merge.
