Closes #253 after independent review/merge.

Bounded unit

• freeze a source-free {{ВАР}} provider-drift contract after observing Модуль:Header@5746249 later than the pinned VAR module 5721277;
• record the 2026-09-08 Wikisource community breakage warning as drift risk, not a proven outage;
• deterministically replay only Header.parse_title(..., "isPRS") for the retained Darwin mainspace title and verify isPRS=false / second-modern-argument selection if the pinned module branch is reached;
• keep template-root identity, Header SHA-1, nested closure, full invocation replay, historical transclusion, offline runtime and profile promotion closed;
• publish a source-free companion and focused regressions.

ВАР remains unresolved at 388 invocations; effective backlog counts are unchanged; M2 remains 0/5.

Exact-head authoring handoff for SCRIP-CORPUS-082.

A first CI pass correctly caught a deterministic artifact/builder mismatch caused by one redundant nested provider field in the source-free JSON; that authored defect was repaired before handoff. On the final head, all 22/22 PR-triggered workflow runs completed success. An exact-head standard-library job checked out 5d396d3… and passed 593/593 tests, including all five new DarwinVarProviderDriftEvidenceTests and the byte-for-byte semantic rebuild assertion.

Reviewed all 7 changed files. The public claims are appropriately bounded: fresh Russian Wikisource evidence corroborates Модуль:Header@5746249 as the current 2026-09-10 revision, the 2026-09-08 forum thread explicitly raises possible {{ВАР}} breakage after Header work, and Модуль:Дореформенная орфография@5721277 delegates non-Page classification to Header.parse_title(..., "isPRS"). The observed Header rule classifies retained title О происхождении видов (Дарвин; Рачинский)/1864 (ВТ:Ё) as isPRS=false; I independently recomputed the committed evidence self-digest as 6126adbc966c7120ca487fb940bd0e01aafa0d7350d332e6422edbf8b3846cb8.

All 22 PR-triggered workflow runs on the exact head are completed success; the frozen-diagnostic jobs explicitly checked out this head and their standard-library/replay steps passed. No open review threads exist.
