SCRIP-SITE-008: expose the frozen full-work report through the canonical site #271

Closed

Description

@andy-zen-dev

Priority / outcome

P2 from the compact delivery queue in #268. Readers can open the real 28-metric Anna Karenina report from the canonical site's homepage and return to the work list. Reuse the reviewed renderer rather than publishing another disconnected preview.

Scope / claim

Claimed by andy-zen-dev, based on #268 head 50fbb9b9c0da59a5eb78c6826381b8acd3dd8aae. Explicit dependency: #268 must receive its own later acceptance before this stacked change is eligible to merge into master. Files: site_renderer integration, one focused frozen-report adapter, publication manifest, site regression/contract tests, docs and changelog. Existing historical diagnostic JSON remains untouched.

Acceptance

  • Add one stable allow-listed route /works/anna-karenina-full-work-diagnostic/, not directory discovery or arbitrary artifact publication.
  • Pin the reviewed source-free snapshot bytes and candidate identity; reject altered bytes, declaration drift, source-text flags, source-match/parity promotion, missing files and unsafe paths.
  • Reuse frozen_diagnostic_report validation/rendering: 28 historical rows, 23 numeric actuals, five missing, four correct mean-length denominators, historical profile boundary and explicit M2 0/5.
  • Homepage benefit and real report action; preserve existing four routes and clearly distinguish excerpts, provenance-only pages and full-work metrics. Keyboard navigation/table access and responsive layout.
  • Validate and render before replacing the previous build. Full hosted suite plus canonical deterministic double build; browser screenshots only when execution is permitted.

No corpus admission, new literary source text, metric recalculation, manufactured parity, workflow privilege changes or Pages activation. Deployment is a separate, scoped owner/admin interlock.
