Disable source maps in the Pages deployment build - #16

Pass `--no-source-maps` only in the deployment workflow so the v59.1 frontend source map cannot exceed Cloudflare Pages’ 25 MiB per-file limit. Keep source maps enabled in local and CI builds. Validation: deployment-style UI build; no `.map` files; all 81 files below 25 MiB (largest 13.90 MiB); manifest resource checks; full browser smoke suite.
