1.0.0-rc.0升级到正式版1.0.0，更新各自的 lockfile 和中英文 README。@univerjs-pro/docs-table-ui@1.0.0固定依赖react-dom@19.3.0，与原有 React 19.2.8 混用会导致截图渲染初始化失败。因此统一固定 React 和 React DOM 为19.3.0。验证：6 个示例均通过
pnpm check（格式、lint、类型检查、build 和测试），共 19 项测试通过；git diff --check通过。
