A push made by the automerge bot with GITHUB_TOKEN does not trigger the pages workflow, so a merged change sat undeployed until the hourly schedule (seen on #50, merged 17:09Z, no deploy run). workflow_dispatch is the one event GITHUB_TOKEN may raise, so the bot now starts the deploy itself.
