Refresh homepage and README with fluent examples and CI test counts

The homepage lacked a complete fluent example, and the README comparison still presented fluent authoring, tags and profiles as reasons to choose FluentMigrator despite Migrator’s v13 source support.

• Add equivalent imperative/fluent quick starts, update recommendations and transaction details, and replace stale review links and wording. Keep published NuGet capabilities separate from v13 source features.
• Add homepage build, stable NuGet and license badges.
• Render executed, passed, failed, skipped and other test totals from the latest completed master push CI run during Pages deployment. Include run, commit, timestamp and workflow outcome. Incomplete suites show an unavailable-total message. Redeploy after master CI completes without committing generated counts.

Validation: both homepage examples compiled and executed up/down against SQLite; FluentQuickStart passed preview, migration and automatic reversal; five renderer tests passed; homepage anchors/copy targets and git diff checks passed; homepage and fluent section visually inspected.

The updated Pages workflow has not yet run on GitHub. Test totals populate after deployment; local previews retain an explanatory fallback.
