Summary

Refine the default weft palette into a warm ivory + sage-green theme for light and dark modes.
Rename the palette label to 鼠尾草 / Sage while preserving the existing palette key and theme-selection behavior.
Add a focused visual refinement stylesheet for desktop and adaptive prototypes: softer surfaces and dividers, calmer selected states, more consistent control radii, improved Markdown typography, quote blocks, tables, and subtle elevation.
Preserve the existing layout, controls, features, and interactions; no structural UI elements were removed or added.

Reviewed the existing prototype entry points and shared palette/theme implementation.
CSS-only presentation changes plus palette tokens; browser visual regression checks have not yet been run.
