Replace
mcr.microsoft.com/azurelinux-beta/base/core:4.0withmcr.microsoft.com/azurelinux/core:4across all 16 references in 12 Azure Linux 4 Dockerfiles, including multi-stage builds. Azure Linux 3 and all other Dockerfile content are unchanged.Validation
